National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration
As the institutional membership organization of 250 graduate programs in public
affairs, public administration, and public policy, the National Association
of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration (NASPAA) supports education
and training for effective leadership in a democratic society. NASPAA members
are committed to providing their graduates with the civic skills and understanding
necessary to encourage and empower citizens to participate fully in decisions
affecting their communities and their world. Responsible and effective civic
engagement is a life-long challenge and commitment, and it is an important component
of all levels of education and training provided by NASPAA members.
